Monstertech has partnered with eZone Limited and CSF Limited to make the world of electronics directly accessible to you or delivered to your Front Door based on your location. Shipping period can take anywhere between 1 – 2 weeks depending on Courier Transport. We offer Payment options such as Credit or Debit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay. If unable to access these options, we have another convenient payment option that fits your local purchasing needs. Please read carefully below…

Section 1: Applies ONLY to Customers Who DO NOT Own a Credit Card OR Do Not Have Access to a PayPal Account and Amazon Pay for Online Purchases!


Customers can now purchase quality merchandise directly from our website by means of Curfashion Clothing Store. Customers should first, visit our shopping site to search our products and services. This will give an understanding of how to locate the products you want and how to navigate our website. This should be done prior to making your purchase. Curfashion will offer needed assistance in creating your online order if necessary.

Customers will go to Curfashion Clothing Store (CFS) where they would inquire into making an online purchase from MONSTERTECH ELECTRONICS. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase online and use their local Bank Card OR Cash to pay CFS in exchange to make the online purchase for them. There is a TT$10 merchant transaction fee for online purchases under $1000 and $20 for orders above. This fee is payable to Curfashion prior to completing order.


You will then follow the necessary guidelines as per CFS store policies and requirements which would include the reading and signing of important purchase documents to safeguard your purchase order and CFS selling rights. Once all documents are read, understood and signed, CFS will complete your online purchase and issue you a receipt for your order.


YOUR PURCHASE AMOUNT IS A ONE TIME PAYMENT! You will NOT be required to make any other payments towards your order.


You will be notified via email and phone when your order has cleared customs and again, when your order to ready to be picked up. Orders will be held for 3 BUSINESS DAYS after customer is notified of available pickup. A $20 Storage and Product Safety fee per order will be assessed from day 4 and everyday going forward until product(s) are picked up!


If for any reason you cancel your order after it has been shipped, a 25% charge of the total order amount will be HELD for PROCESSING AND RESHIPPING FEES! The remaining 75% will be returned to you after 5 BUSINESS DAYS. You will be notified via email and phone when you can collect your refund. Thank you.


Section 2: Applies ONLY to Customers Who Have Access to Online Shopping Via a Credit Card, Amazon Pay or a PayPal Account.


Customers can make online purchases using their Personal Skybox Account at Checkout.

All purchases are subject to change. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of pickup or delivery date. Return of Non-functional or damaged products will be refunded or exchanged only at sellers discretion. Customer pays return shipping fees. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please understand that any damage purposely inflicted/caused by the customer is deemed Non Returnable and also Non Refundable. Monstertech may offer a one time discounted replacement agreeable upon company terms. Email or message us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding an item or your order from the (Contact Us) tab located on the top and bottom of the page or the mobile available Messenger app option. All purchases are subject to change. Products returned damaged will only be refunded at sellers discretion. Credit/Discount will be applied for extended shipping periods. Refund for returned orders will be credited to your account within 14 business days after product is received and evaluated by seller. If product is not original purchased item or defective for any reason such as Customer Inflicted Damage, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! Please return product to the P.O Box address provided. If a replacement is needed on sellers error, a replacement product will be shipped ASAP at no additional cost to you, unless refund is requested!
